Today me and Roz hunted some Grayson formation localities.
The 1st stop was a Grayson formation exposure in Tarrant co. Tx.  This location is just below the contact with the overlying Woodbine formation that forms a large hill.

this location.

The 2nd stop was about 1/4 mile south from the 1st.  This was basically the same level at 1st stop but contained abundant oysters (pictured) and only one shark tooth
Exogyra arietina oysters.

The 3rd stop was about a 1/2 mile or so west of the 2nd.  This location was a little lower in the Grayson formation than the first two..
