Today Me and Roz attended a Dallas Paleontological
Society field trip north of Gore, Oklahoma. The main objective
here are Pentremites blastoids. This location is Lower
Pennsylvanian age which is 312-318 mya. The geologic formation is
the Sausbee formation of the Morrowan Series (Braggs member). We
also hunted the next day 22 March 2009. More pics can be found at Roz's site Fossils of Texas |
