Britton Formation
(c. 92-95 mya)

The "Britton Formation" consists of the gray shale deposited above the Tarrant Formation and below the Arcadia Park Formation.  

The formation is highly fossiliferous in some areas with abundant ammonite, crustacean, and vertebrate fossils.

"The Cenomanian / Turonian boundary (92 MA) is discomformable and occurs 3 to 4 meters below the top of the Britton Formation."
