Tarrant County, Texas
Oct. 20, 2007

Today Me and Roz hunted a few spots around Tarrant County starting off at the pile of Grayson shale.  The only thing here were oysters.

Next stop was a clearing for a neighborhood that cut into the Mainstreet formation.  Here were several good finds.
Waconella wacoensis brachiopods
Collecting the brachiopods.

Coenholectypus sp. echinoids
Collecting the echinoids.

The next location was a small Pawpaw exposure.
Leptostyrax macrorhiza shark tooth

Found by Roz.

The next location was in the Woodbine Formation.  All we found was a nautilus cast.
